DID THEY READ MY E-MAIL?

Uncle Charlie is a bit forgetful, so from time to time we wonder if he received our email. We also would like to know if he read it. However, we don't want to pester him with one of those "acknowledgement" replies. For that matter if our mail is business related some may not even want the recipient to know that they are tracking the e-mail.
