These MIT pranksters got tired of seeing half-baked scholarly conferences charging big entry fees and then accepting just about any paper submitted - so long as the fee was paid. So they invented the phony baloney scholarly paper generator and submitted some of their gibberish to the "high level" conferences. As long as the fee was paid their papers were universally accepted.
You can have some fun with their prankster work by simply typing in your name and clicking "Generate". In seconds you will have the fanciest looking document with your name as author right at the top. If you want some laughs, send it to some friends for their comments.
Just don't let your college kids get near this gem. Their professors might be impressed -- until they get 45 seconds into the masterpiece. Oh the pain!
