GET MASHED MAPS!

What's a mashup? Well, on the web, Wikipedia defines it like this, "A mashup, in web development, is a web page, or web application, that uses content from more than one source to create a single new service displayed in a single graphical interface." Here's a good example, where you can enter any address you wish and get three graphical representations, side by side, with one click.

First you will see a regular street map allowing you to zoom in or out to aid you with pinpointing the address locally or globally. This view can be manipulated in all the usual ways - including a satellite view.

On the same page you can maneuver around in street view to get a good sense of the structure and neighborhood. Still on the same page you will see a vivid bird's eye view of the same location -- in all its glory.

Great place to start when checking out a location!
